Richard A. Ladjagla was appointed Chairman of the Board from 1st September 2022 to succeed Dr. Benjamin Dzoboku, who completed his tenure on 31st August 2022.
Richard has over 24 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, budgeting, and budgetary control across various sectors, including Media and Advertising, Medical, Real Estate, Audit, and Advisory. He served as Accountant, Deputy Finance Manager, Finance and Administration Manager and Acting Managing Director.
Richard is a Chartered Tax Practitioner and serves on a number of audit committees. He has an interest in management, risks, corporate governance, taxation, audit, and advisory services. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), and the Institute of Directors, Ghana. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting.

Torgbe Kwasi Glah IV a chief of Sevie Atsiegorme, Mepe; known in private life as Alexander Bawa Glah is a seasoned, an astute and a result-oriented educationist and holds B.Ed Psychology with Economics, Master of Educational Psychology all from the University of Cape Coast.
He is an employee of Ghana Education Service, currently working with the Okere District Directorate as the Unit Head for Finance and Administration.
He joined the Board of Directors of the Mepe Area Rural Bank PLC in January 2019 as a non-executive Director and serves as the Chairman of the Administration and Operations Committee and a member of the Loan and Recovery Committee of the Bank. He attaches much importance to decision-making and implementation and he is a good team player. Torgbe Glah demonstrates equanimity even when working under pressure or taking hard decisions.
He joined the Board of Directors of the Mepe Area Rural Bank PLC in January 2019 as a non-executive Director and serves as the Chairman of the Administration and Operations Committee and a member of the Loan and Recovery Committee of the Bank. Mr. Francis Nudevu is a seasoned finance professional and Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Ghana, Legon.
With over eighteen years of progressive working experience at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC), Mr. Nudevu currently serves as Director of Finance. His distinguished career at GAEC includes prior roles as Deputy Director of Finance and Head of Payroll. He is also the Fund Administrator of the Commission’s Superannuation Scheme, a pension fund for senior management staff of GAEC.
Beyond his professional career, Mr. Nudevu has contributed significantly to community development. Elected Chairman of the Mepe Development Association from 2014 to 2018, he led several impactful social and developmental projects in the Mepe Traditional Area.
He brings his expertise in governance and finance to board service. Since 2021, he has served as a member of Board Directors of Mepe Area Rural Bank PLC, and serves as Vice Chairman, he also chairs the Loans and Recovery Committee. Additionally, he sits on the Board of Trustees of Negotiated Benefits Ghana Trust Company Ltd., a Tier Two Fund Administrator, and has, with effect from August 2025, been nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana to serve on the Audit Committee of the Krowor Municipal Assembly. Philip Afeti Korto (MPA-GIMPA; BSc. Admin-Legon) is a seasoned and an astute Public Administrator who specialises in healthcare management hence he is a Hospital Administrator in the employment of the Ghana Health Service. Over the last two decades, he had served at managerial levels at Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Ridge; Ada East District Hospital, Faithkope-Ada; La General Hospital; Achimota Hospital and currently, he is the Hospital Administrator for Weija-Gbawe Municipal Hospital.
His strengths are in management, public policy implementation and writing media articles. He has about 400 media publications and few academic publications to his credit with two of his book chapters listed on Amazon Books. He is a prolific writer and a Columnist at www.modernghana.com, myjoyonline.com and www.ghanaweb.com as well as a regular publisher on healthcare matters in the Daily Graphic. He is not only a prolific writer but also an all-round writer who writes on different areas especially happenings in society and applying Biblical stories to real life situations. A significant number of his articles had helped to resolve some societal problems. He occasionally gives practical lectures at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) upon invitation.

Mr. Geoffrey Kwao Doh, popularly known as Master Sgt. Doh (Rtd), is a dependable, honest, and results-oriented team player with a proven track record of excellence across agriculture and banking.
He received professional training in General Agriculture from the Kwadaso Agricultural College in Kumasi in 1984 and pursued further studies in Crop Science and Agricultural Economics at the University of Ghana, Legon.
Mr. Doh began his professional career with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA), where he served diligently for 13 years, gaining extensive experience in agricultural development. He also worked with the Ghanaian-German Agricultural Development Project in the Northern Region, where he distinguished himself as an expert in animal traction. Alongside his public service, he practiced as both a crop and cattle farmer. In 2003, he transitioned into the financial services sector and joined ADB PLC, where his commitment and leadership saw him rise to the position of Branch Manager in 2016 after undergoing rigorous professional training and orientation. As a team player, he played a key role in the establishment and growth of the Nkwanta and Kpassa branches of the bank, both of which have become vibrant and profit-making branches.
Currently, Mr. Doh serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Mepe Area Rural Bank PLC, where he contributes his extensive banking and managerial experience. He is also an active member of the Bank’s Loans and Recoveries (Credit) and Administration and Operations Committees. His hobbies and personal interests include gardening, as well as reading agricultural and financial literature and publications.

Rita Aseye Glah-Kwashie Esq. is a Lawyer, member of Ghana Bar Association and Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. She holds MBA Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Administration (GIMPA), Bachelor-of-Laws Degree from Wisconsin University College, she attended the Ghana School of Law and holds the Qualifying Certificate of Law and the Certificate of Enrollment from the General Legal Council and is a licensed practicing lawyer.
Rita currently works with Crown Legal Bureau, undertaking various legal research and representing clients in court. She has over eighteen years managerial experience in auditing, accounting and project management. Prior to her professional ICA qualification, she worked as an Internal Auditor for First Ghana Building Company and proceeded to Intellisys Chartered Accountants as an Audit Manager after she qualified as a Professional Accountant. Rita then moved to Ernrit Estates Limited in 2013 and was the Finance and Administrative Manager, until she got employed as the Financial Accountant of Vobiss Solutions Limited. She held this new position until June 2023, when she resigned to pursue her professional legal education as a mandatory requirement of the Ghana Legal Council. By virtue of her wide range of exposure, Rita has garnered multifaceted experience in the fields of Finance, Audit, Assurance and Risk Management, Real Estate and Corporate Governance.
